Monday morning I awoke to a wonderful surprise one of my Night Blooming Cereus Cactus bloomed. I

am so happy I was able to see this while it was completely open. It was beautiful! In addition to this surprise I was delighted to see that my lettuce is still growing even in these hot temperatures.

Along with our Basil

even though is looks pretty wilted at the moment. I also have something I have never seen before, our Sansevieria (Mother-n-law Tongue) is blooming.

Anyone ever had one bloom before?
Early Monday morning the crew arrived to set the blocks for the foundation. It was incredibly hot and they worked so hard!

. On to the floor in the next couple of days.
